Examinees may cancel or reschedule their exam up to 24 hours before their scheduled exam time for most proctoring services. Be sure to check with your exam provider for their specific cancellation policy. Cancellations within the 24 hour period leading up to a scheduled exam time or the within the time period defined by the proctoring service or exam provider will be treated as "no shows". Refunds are not issued for No Show appointments.
Your exam program administrator is fully responsible for all exam fees and is the sole authority for refund policies. Please consult their documentation or communicate with them to determine their specific refund policies. Prolydian cannot facilitate or administer refunds to examinees.
In remote proctoring scenarios, Prolydian is not responsible for an examinee's inability to connect to the proctor due to network connectivity or computer system issues.
