Prolydian Feature Update - New things coming your way!

Over the past quarter, our system development team has been working on major infrastructure upgrades to support the upcoming release of our much-anticipated Application Form Designer feature. The upgrade to support the designer requires a two-stage approach. First, our next update planned for July 7th at 11pm ET will update existing application forms and previously submitted applications to support the new data structure. Following that, our QC team will finalize testing of the application form designer, with a planned release of that feature by the end of July or early August.

The application component will be temporarily disabled from July 7th at 11pm ET until July 8th at 7am ET as our team completes the upgrade. We recognize that the disruption to the application component is not ideal, but this process is necessary to allow you, as users of Prolydian and managers of your certification programs, to modify content, add data collection fields, and manage versions of your application forms over time.

Take a look below at all the features we've added over the last quarter. We also have a sneak peek look at what's to come this quarter and beyond.

New features

  • Category specific CEU requirements
  • User-defined listing column display
  • Upgraded application form data structure
  • Improved item sharing process
  • Enhanced CE request search and filter capability
  • Item editor unsaved changes flag

What’s next

  • Application form designer
  • Angoff ratings for multiple choice items
  • YourMembership SSO
  • ...and so much more!!!

Our team is committed to providing our users with an unmatched combination of functionality and user experience. Feedback from our users is the best way for us to achieve that goal, so if you experience any issues after our site update, or if you just want to give us some input, please feel free to contact me directly or reach out to our support team at support@prolydian.com.
