The Customer incurs a Prolydian "per test fee" each time a candidate registers to take an exam, as well as additional proctoring and facility fees, where applicable. Fees are charged to the Customer within the regular billing cycles.
If Prolydian's Payment processor is used and Customer approves it, Prolydian can deduct Customer's fees from collected candidate registration fees before distributing funds to Customer. Such deducted fees will be credited to the Customer's account and applied to invoices as payments.
If a cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled exam time, the Customer will not be billed for that exam. If Prolydian's Payment processor is used, all fees previously charged for the registration will also be refunded to the candidate, unless the Customer specifies an alternative refund policy during account set-up.
Cancellations and reschedules which occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled exam time are treated as No-Shows and are not refunded to the candidate nor credited to the Customer.
